The flutes have a phosphate coating (Parkerizing) to eliminate clogging, facilitate chip ejection and to protect from corrosion. These bits can be resharpened using an auger sharpening file. Tool roll: This 14-pocket tool is made from polyester canvas with double stitching at the intersections and polyester banding at the closure strap.
